Terms for tutoring, enquiries, registrations, and payments

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the site or any of our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site or submit forms.

2. Our services

We provide online GCSE and A-level physics tutoring, summer revision registrations, and 1:1 lesson enquiries. Services are subject to tutor availability and may change over time.

3. Eligibility and account access

• You must provide accurate and current information.
• If the student is under 16, a parent or guardian should be involved in the booking or registration process.
• You are responsible for keeping verification codes, dashboard access, and any session details confidential.
• We may refuse or suspend access if we suspect misuse, fraud, or abusive behaviour.

4. Enquiries and registrations

• Submitting an enquiry or registration form does not guarantee that a place is available.
• For 1:1 lessons, the lesson rhythm is agreed manually after the enquiry is reviewed.
• The enquiry form is for contact details, year group, exam board, goal, and message only.
• Registration details must match the verified email address used to access the flow.

5. Payments

• Fees must be paid through the payment methods we make available.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe when online payments are enabled, or through manual payment records when offline payments are in use.
• Payment confirmation emails are sent when a payment first becomespaid.
• We may refuse or cancel access to services if payment is not completed.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

Lesson timing, cancellation windows, and rescheduling arrangements will be confirmed in direct communications or booking confirmations. If we need to cancel or move a lesson, we will offer a reasonable alternative where possible.

7. Student responsibilities

• Attend sessions on time and with suitable equipment.
• Maintain a stable internet connection for online lessons.
• Use the platform and communications respectfully.
• Do not attempt to copy, share, or resell our lesson materials.
• Keep your login and verification links private.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, lesson materials, branding, and associated intellectual property belong to A To Z Science Limited or its licensors. You may use them only for your own learning unless we give written permission otherwise.

9. Service availability and changes

We may update lesson formats, availability, features, pricing, or site functionality at any time. Where a change materially affects an active booking, registration, or payment, we will try to notify you reasonably in advance.

10. No guarantee of results

We work to provide clear explanations and exam-focused tutoring, but we do not guarantee grades, exam outcomes, university offers, or any particular academic result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the services, you acknowledge that policy and agree that your data may be used for the purposes described there.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the site or services where needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or respond to misuse, non- payment, or legal requirements.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless a different legal requirement applies.
