These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Physics.Academy online learning management system (LMS) and all related services. Physics.Academy is a trading name of A To Z Science Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Physics.Academy website, LMS, and all associated services.
  • "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including students, parents, and tutors.
  • "Content" means all materials, lessons, resources, and communications provided through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

  • You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

  • The Platform and its Content are for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
  • You may not share, record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written permission from Physics.Academy.
  • You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

4. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Lesson bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Physics.Academy.
  • You may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Physics.Academy. Please contact us for any refund requests.
  • Physics.Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative time or a refund.

5. Payments

  • All payments must be made in advance using the payment methods provided on the Platform.
  • All payments are collected and processed by A To Z Science Limited.
  • Prices and fees are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes prior to booking.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform and services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of Physics.Academy or its licensors.
  • You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any Content without express written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

  • You may submit questions, feedback, or other content to the Platform. By doing so, you grant Physics.Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your submissions for service improvement and marketing purposes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not infringe on any third-party rights or contain unlawful material.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • We collect, process, and store your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.
